The Project

Based at the northern end of the Salt, the Saltwater residences provided a turnkey house and land package at a very affordable price. The small land size provides a low maintenance lifestyle with close proximity to the local shops and amenities. The packages were marketed between $450,000 -$525,000 and were keenly purchased by both investors and owner occupiers.

The Approach

With its street appeal and backing onto a main road that runs through the village, the site was ideal for a large showcase billboard- this generated a lot of enquiry and activity. Online advertising was successful in creating interest with interstate and even overseas buyers whilst the balance of the homes were swiftly purchased by locals within the area.

The Result

The Saltwater residences were successfully bought to the market and exhausted over a 2 month period. Direct and online marketing also created a large list of buyers seeking alternative homes in the area after the sales were all but complete in this project
