These sites are located at the northern end of the Salt development and over 88 home sites were bought to the market, released in a number of stages. These residential home sites varied in size from 500-900+ sqm located on both beachside and western side of Casuarina Way.
This particular project in Salt Village was launched in 2011 and the demand for land in a seaside region post GFC was relatively low. The sites were marketed at an affordable rate and the realistic pricing resulted in immediate interest from mainly local and across the border buyers seeking a beach change. A concerted effort in channeling these land opportunities to local buyers within our database and network saw many of the lots taken up in quick succession.
Each stage was successfully sold out totaling 88 home sites which represented over 50,000 sqm of land. Our new development and projects team have been responsible for more land sales in the area than every other agency combined with a 20 km radius. We get results.
