The Project

The development at First Light was a stunning land release next to the beach that comprised 67 residential home sites. The sites ranged from 450 to 900 sqm and were positioned at the southern end of Casuarina with both beachside and beachfront options available.

The Approach

Targeted marketing to our extensive database resulted in a large quantity of sales with many local buyers in our network taking ownership of this land release. The sales were also driven by large feature advertisements on leading online advertising platforms. Further sale successes were generated by the high volume of foot traffic that our centrally located office attracts.

The Results

We successfully sold the project over 2 releases and then subsequently managed the re-selling of a number of lots prior to settlement. The project was very successful in its sell through with the majority of land sales being taken by both local and interstate buyers materializing their dream of building a home next to the beach along the Tweed Coast, The 67 lots were sold within 4 months of launching.
