Houses and units are still performing strongly in our local area, in many cases out-performing last year’s prices.

  • Current Bogangar median house sales price: $777,500. In contrast, at the end of June last year, the median house sales price was $755,000.

  • Current Bogangar median unit sales price: $510,000. June last year: $521,500.

  • Current Cabarita Beach median unit sales price: $765,000. June last year: $721,000.

  • Data is not available for houses in Cabarita, due to the low number of sales.

  • Current Casuarina median house sales price: $1,175,000. June last year: $1,160,000.

  • Current Casuarina median unit sales price: $500,000. June last year: $500,000.

  • Current Kingscliff median house sales price: $1,100,000. June last year: $1,035,000.

  • Current Kingscliff median unit sales price: $520,000. June last year: $500,000.

  • Current Pottsville median house sales price: $740,000. June last year: $730,000.

  • Current Pottsville median unit sales price: $505,000. June last year: $530,000.

Tweed Valley Hospital Update

The Tweed Valley Hospital site remains open. The project team have advised they are working in line with the latest advice from the NSW Government to ensure the safety of all workers and the wider community.

Some of the work currently taking place includes:

  • Vegetation improvement work – removing non-native vegetation and weed management.

  • Earthworks and civil work – construction vehicles are expected on Cudgen Road.

  • Bored piling work.

  • In-ground infrastructure installation.

There may be additional noise and ground vibrations during some of the works. All construction activities are planned, controlled and documented as required under the Conditions of Consent for the Stage 1 works.
