Why do houses sell better in the spring? Houses generally present better as the weather warms up, with more greenery in the lawn and gardens, flowers in bloom and plenty of natural light filtering through the windows.

Really, any time is a good time to sell in a hot market, however statistics do show that more houses sell in the spring than any other season.
