The Pacifica development was a stunning collection of Seaside Village beach homes. Situated in the centre of Seaside Village, the release of 46 freehold lots with architectural plans for three and four bedroom residences represent fantastic value. The modern beach facades and beautiful finishes throughout create a high standard of living on a small low maintenance sized block.

The Approach

A large part of the success in selling the Pacifica development was driven through our local networks and effective database sales. Over half of the homes were sold within the 1st 4 weeks largely to clients on our associated with our office.
The balance of the residences were effectively marketed via online advertising which utilized large showcase ads and further targeted ad inserts to close proximity postcodes. A dedicated website showcased the properties which further assisted in gathering quality leads from online activities.

The Results

The entire development was eagerly absorbed by the market and sold out within 12 weeks of coming to the market. The buyers were a mix of local and nearby Queensland buyers looking for an extremely affordable yet high quality beachside home.
