Ray Real Estate Project Marketing is able to tailor project marketing solutions for the whole of the development cycle from green field site through to completion.
In addition Ray Real Estate Project Marketing also has the capability to handle re-sales and ongoing property management.
Since 2005, our project marketing group has achieved combined sales of more than $730 million, comprising developer stock sales of $670 million together with more than $60 million in re-sales within developed communities. Of which $30million + is accounted for in this last year (2009).
